One man who has become part of that story is Owelle Greg Okafor, an Anambra-born businessman who has made Aba his home and built a growing business empire in the city.
Owelle Greg Okafor hails from Nsugbe-Umunoko, Ukpo, in Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State, but for many years, Aba has been where he has built his businesses and created opportunities for other people.

But beyond the luxury, the bigger story is the man behind the project.
Owelle Okafor is not simply putting up buildings. His businesses provide employment for thousands of people. He has created jobs for over 3,000 workers, making him one of the private employers contributing significantly to the local economy.
He is also a graduate of Abia State Polytechnic, Aba, now known as Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu Polytechnic, Aba.
There is something interesting about his story.
